Nick Franklin is on my second base prospect list.
Consider this list a rough draft for our off-season rankings. Our prospect analysts are going to do a lot more research on all of these guys this off-season -- and hopefully see some of them play again. Given the lack of elite upper-minors talent at shortstop and the amount of defensive responsibility shortstops must take on, this list may change more than any of my other positional lists as we get deeper into the offseason.
